Bio:
Greg graduated from the University of Alabama, with a Bachelor’s degree from Culverhouse College of Commerce; Greg has been in the Property Management industry since 2004 in a full range of functions. He began his career as a college student at the University of Alabama, working his way up through the management ranks. Greg worked as a groundskeeper, leasing agent, leasing manager, and property manager. He has also created a number of Marketing and Advertising plans for student and conventional properties, developed Social Media Strategies, and managed community outreach programs for student and conventional properties. Today he serves as President & COO of IMS Management and is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the multifamily portfolio.
Greg earned his CAM designation from the National Apartment Association and has had extensive Leasing training by The Leasing Workshop. He is currently seeking his CPM certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Greg lives in Tuscaloosa, AL with his wife Kelsey, and their two sons (Lincoln & Beckham).
