Bio:
Keith began working in the construction industry while in high school. Building decks, re-roofing houses, and renovations to historic buildings were among the projects that anchored summers and weekends. After high school, he moved back to Alabama and began working in the Geotechnical field. After three years in the Construction Materials Testing Industry, Keith was in the position to begin a role as Project Manager in the Concrete Industry. Two more years and many high level industrial, commercial and residential projects later, He was ready to accept the role as Superintendent in the Multi-Family Industry. A passion for seeing projects from start to finish led Him back into the role of Project Manager. Keith oversees the day to day operations for the construction division of IMS. A strong work ethic, organization, and a positive attitude are just some of the characteristics that ensure projects that are on time and under budget. He works together with subs, architects and engineers to assure that the team is successful. Keith lives in Tuscaloosa, Alabama with his wife Mandy. They have three sons, Will, Mason, and John Houston.
