Bio:
Tyler graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama in 2013 and started working in the multifamily housing industry shortly after as a Leasing Agent. While working full-time in the industry, Tyler obtained his Masters’ in Public Administration from the University of Alabama in 2016. During this time, Tyler rose in the management ranks to Leasing Manager and then Operations Manager. Tyler has 6 years of experience in both student housing and conventional multifamily housing. Most recently Tyler oversaw the lease up and stabilization of Beacon Place-Tuscaloosa, a 176 conventional unit community in Tuscaloosa, Al. In 2018 Tyler was awarded the IMS Associate of the year. In 2019 Tyler became a Vice President of Operations for IMS Management overseeing 4 communities across Alabama and Mississippi.
Tyler currently resides in the Tuscaloosa area, which has become home to him since moving to the area shortly after high school. Tyler is married to his wife Mallory and they have 1 daughter, Emma.
